Group HIIT Class

  • Increase your heart rate + burn calories while having fun with others

  • We utilize dumbbells, kettlebells, and medicine balls during this circuit-style workout

  • Challenge your strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness!

  • This class is for everyone 18+, and can be modified for all fitness levels

  • The group atmosphere provides motivation and support, making it a fun and engaging way to get in shape.

Group HIIT Classes are done for the year. Classes will resume in Spring 2024!
